Group bookings are not permitted without the prior approval of reception. A group booking counts as two or more pitches/static caravans booked by the same family or group regardless of whether booked together, separately and/or via different booking channels. The site will not tolerate groups who have booked separately and are later found to have booked for a gathering as it may impact on the enjoyment and comfort of other guests. If reception detects such bookings they will immediately be cancelled down and a full refund provided. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear back in your account. Groups/gatherings detected once they have arrived on site will be asked to leave the site without a refund. Our Park is not suitable for stag and hen groups or gatherings of single sex groups and upon finding any suspected single sex group gatherings they will be cancelled down immediately.

- To ensure that we maintain the required distancing between each unit we ask that you park to the left hand side of the hard standing. Non adherence to this rule may require you being asked to relocate your unit to ensure adequate distancing is maintained. If your unit’s door opens on the opposite site we ask that you advise us of this at the time of booking to enable us to hopefully allocate the most appropriate pitch. We ask that customers privacy be considered at all times.
We highly recommend that you take out your own Holiday Insurance to cover you for any unexpected eventualities as your booking is non-refundable.

Should you request to amend your booking we cannot guarantee your originally allocated Pitch Type or Caravan Type. Changes may incur additional costs depending on the new dates chosen.
Unless arrangement has been made with the site before arrival, if you fail to check in before 9pm on your scheduled arrival date, it will be assumed that your booking is cancelled, and you no longer required it. At this point, your Pitch/Caravan Accommodation will be made available online for others to book. No refunds will be issued in this instance.
