Spring Foraging at Blair Castle

Join our spring foraging course at Blair Castle & Gardens to discover the edible  and medicinal plants of the season. This 2.5-hour guided walk will teach plant  identification, ethnobotanical insights, and creative recipes.

Exploring diverse habitats—woodland, meadow, hedgerow, and garden—you will  connect with nature and observe its seasonal changes.

The course concludes with wild tea, homemade treats in Hercules Garden.  Participants will also receive a personalised PDF with detailed plant information,  ensuring lasting knowledge and practical foraging skills for future use.

Celebrate spring’s bounty and deepen your appreciation for wild foods.
